Attorney Scott White of Arnold, MO; ethical gnome

The state of Illinois presented Scott Alan White with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from St. Louis University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Scotty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct tending to defeat administration of justice
• Made a false statement of material fact to third person
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Scotty by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (August 2017), Scotty practices with White & Risse LLP at 2176 Tenbrook Road in Arnold, Illinois.
