Attorney Jimby Tongson of Kansas City, MO; ethical misfit

The state of Missouri presented Jimby Paul Tongson with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from the University of Missouri Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Jimby guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter,Jimby found it acceptable to not pay taxes he was required to pay.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Jimby by gifting him with a complimentary suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Jimby practices at 435 Nichols Road in Kansas City, Missouri.
