Attorney Jason Moehlman of Lee’s Summit, MO; ethical misfit

The state of Missouri presented Jason Lloyd Moehlman with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from St. Louis University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Jason guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jason found it acceptable to not pay taxes he was required to pay.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Jason practices in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
