The state of Missouri presented H. Peter Huber with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Thomas Cooley Law School.

The Office of D isciplinary Counsel found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Pete found it acceptable to not pay taxes he was required to pay.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary suspension of his law license.
