Attorney Darryl Johnson of Nixa, MO; ethical leprechaun

The state of Missouri presented Darryl Brent Johnson with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Southern University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Darryl guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Withdrew funds from client trust account prior to earning said fees

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Darryl by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Darryl practices at 106 West Fox Terrace Circle in Nixa, Missouri.
