The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Danny found it acceptable to not pay taxes she was required to pay.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Danny by gifting her with a complimentary suspension of her law license.
