Attorney Richard Kuntze of Cape Girardeau, MO; ethical dwarf

The state of Missouri presented Richard Keith Kuntze with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Missouri Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dick found it acceptable to not pay taxes he was required to pay.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary suspension of his law license.
