Attorney Paritosh Sheth of St. Louis; ethical elf

The state of Missouri presented Paritosh Bhupesh Sheth with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from DePaul University Law School. 

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Paritosh guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client property
• Improper disbursement of client funds
• Failed to maintain client trust account records for five years
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Paritosh by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
