Attorney Richard Abrams of St. Louis; ethical dwarf

The state of Missouri presented Richard Arthur Abrams with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Washington University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Dick practices at 8000 Maryland Avenue in St. Louis, Missouri.
