Attorney Keith Cheung of Clayton, MO; ethical dwarf

The state of Missouri presented Keith K. Cheung with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from St. Louis City College of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Keith guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Lacked candor when dealing with tribunal

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Keith by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
