Attorney Cecil Williams of Kansas City, MO; ethical misfit

The state of Missouri presented Cecil D. Williams with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Missouri at St. Louis Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Cecil guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Cecil engaged in conduct that was prejudicial to the administration of justice.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Cecil by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
