The state of Missouri presented Roy King Jr. with a law license in 1985. Jeffrey also received a law license from Kansas and Illinois after he graduated from Southwestern University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Roy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent services (Moron)
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Engaged in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Roy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on Disciplinary Counsel didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Roy.
