Attorney David Dalton of St. Charles, MO; ethical leprechaun

The state of Missouri presented David A. Dalton with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from St. Louis University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with clients
• Engaged in improper ex parte (one sided) communication
• Was untruthful in dealings with other persons
• Failed to provide client with written contingent fee agreemen
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Stated or implied ability to influence improperly a government agency or official or to achieve results by means that violate the Rules of Professional Conduct or other law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Dave practices with Dalton Chassaniol & Bellon at 1112A First Capitol Drive in St. Charles, Missouri.
