Attorney Beau McGraw Lake Elmo, MN; ethical goblin

The state of Minnesota presented Beau Daniel McGraw with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Hamline University School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Beau guilty of the following misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

• Negligently misappropriated [stole] client funds
• Failed to maintain all required trust account books and records
• Negligence led to trust account shortages

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Beau by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Beau fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.mcgrawlawfirm.com.   Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Beau practices with the McGraw Law Firm at 10390 39^th Street in Lake Elmo, Minnesota.
