Attorney Michelle MacDonald of St. Paul, MN; scamming loser

The State of Minnesota presented Michelle MacDonald with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Suffolk University School of Law.

The Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board found Michelle guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Violated three Rules of Conduct while pursuing a $300 million defamation case against blogger Michael Brodkorb
  • Jailed overnight for improperly taking photos during a family-law matter presided over by 1st Judicial District Court Judge David Knutson
  • Involved in a conflict with Judge Knutson over case involving her client Grazzini-Rucki and her ex-husband David
  • Subsequently, Michelle’s sham $300 million lawsuit was summarily dismissed
  • Interrupted and spoke over judges during court proceedings
  • Issued subpoenas to attorney to acquire billing information
  • Disrupted courtroom to the point where she was taken into custody
  • Made false accusations in a federal lawsuit against a judge

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Michelle by gifting her with a complimentary 6-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Michelle practices with the MacDonald Law Firm LLC at 1069 Robert Street South in St. Paul, Minnesota.
