Attorney Seth Hartigan of Minneapolis; ethical gremlin

The state of Minnesota presented Seth Patrick Hartigan with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to appear at hearing on client’s behalf
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to turn over client file to successor attorney
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Seth!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Seth practices with the Seth Hartigan Law Office in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
