Attorney Kurt Anselmi of Bloomfield Hills, MI; pugilist

The state of Michigan provided Kurt Anthony Anselmi with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Michigan State University of Law School.

Kurt also received a law license from Ohio in 1994 and one from Colorado in 1995.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #26 found Kurt guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct and/or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so

In one matter, Kurt pleaded no contest to allegations that he physically struck another attorney in his upper arm, after oral argument, in the hallway of the courthouse.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Kurt by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Kurt practices with Anselmi & Mierzejewski PC at 1750 South Telegraph Road in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
