The state of Michigan provided Patrick S. Fragel with a law license in 1994.
The Attorney Discipline Board, Grand Traverse County Hearing Panel #2 found Patrick guilty of the following misconduct.
Patrick was convicted of domestic violence, a criminal misdemeanor.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Patrick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
It must be comforting to the folks in Traverse City to know that there is yet another convicted abuser running around with a law license compliments of the comedians sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court.
