The state of Michigan presented Paul S. Clark with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.

FYI: Cooley is ranked as the worst or one of the worst law schools in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools. Proof of such a ranking is the fact that Donald Trump’s former attorney and fixer was none other than convicted felon Michael Cohen.

The Tri-County County Hearing Panel #65 found Paulie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct that exposed the legal profession or the courts to obloquy, contempt, censure, or reproach
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• When a settle
• Engaged in conduct that exposed the legal profession or the courts to obloquy, contempt, censure, or reproach

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Michigan Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of $758.30.

As we speak (ca. February 20223), Paulie practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Office of Paul S. Clark at 801 Livernois Street in Ferndale, Michigan.
