The state of Michigan presented Melissa C. Galang with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from Washington & Lee University School of Law. 

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #5 found Melissa guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Mishandled disbursement of settlement funds from her trust account after arbitration was held in a matter in the Wayne County Circuit Court
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct and/or knowingly assisted or induced another to do
• Failed to promptly pay or deliver funds that a third person was entitled to receive

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Melissa by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Melissa and her firm fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.oliverinjurylaw.com. Apparently, they decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.
