Attorney Bethany Gemellaro of Novi, MI; slacker

The state of Michigan presented Bethany D. Gemellaro with a law license in 2010 after she graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Beth guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Beth by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Beth practices as the Director of Legal Education with BARBRI at 46555 Humboldt Drive in Novi, Michigan.
