Attorney Glenn Franklin of Southfield, MI; slacker

The state of Michigan presented Glenn Phillip Franklin with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Detroit Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Glenn guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Glenn!)
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct and/or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Glenn by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Glenn practices at 24100 Southfield Road in Southfield, Michigan.
