Attorney Marvin Wilder of Redford, MI; ethical dwarf

The state of Michigan provided Marvin Wilder with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Detroit Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #6 found Marvin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improper use of an IOLTA account
• Held funds other than client or third person funds in an IOLTA
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Deposited his own in IOLTA in an amount more than reasonably necessary to pay financial institution charges or fees

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting Disciplinary Board punished Marvin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Marvin practices as Chief Legal Counsel for Detroit World Outreach at 23800 West Chicago in Redford, Michigan.
