Attorney Francis Bloom of Wilbraham, MA; ethical gremlin

The state of Massachusetts presented Francis W. Bloom with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Western New England University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Francis guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law in Connecticut
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Francis’ First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary censure for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Francis by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Francis practices with the Law Office of Francis Bloom at 85 Post Office Park in Wilbraham, Massachusetts.
