Attorney Richard Askenase of Andover, MA; ethical misfit  

The state of Massachusetts presented Richard Askenase with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Boston University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Wrote two checks on insufficient fund account for $3,342
• Breached fiduciary duty owed to client
• Engaged in negligent use of client funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Dick practices with the Law Office of Richard Askenase at Two Elm Square in Andover, Massachusetts.
