The state of Massachusetts presented Anne E. Gillespie with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from Northeastern University Law School.
The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Anne guilty of the following misconduct.
Anne found it acceptable to practice law while her license was suspended.
Had Anne been licensed in California and engaged in the unauthorized practice of law while her license was suspended she could have been charged with a felony.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Anne by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. June 2013) Anne continues to practice in the West Roxbury, Massachusetts area.
