Attorney Robert Cabana of Quincy, MA; ethical dwarf

The state of Massachusetts presented Robert K. Cabana with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Boston University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to make and maintain all required trust account records
• Failed to maintain a chronological check register with date/amount of each deposit
• Failed to maintain a chronological ledger for each client
• Failed to prepare reports every sixty days showing required reconciliation of check register, individuals ledgers and bank statements

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2018) Bobby practices at 1354 Hancock Street in Quincy, Massachusetts.
