Attorney Bernard Kansky of Needham, MA; lying loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Bernard A. Kansky with a law license in 1994 after he graduated Boston University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Bernie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misconduct was intentional
• Sent two misleading letters to Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board
• Intestinally altered copy of Temporary Restraining Order issued by Massachusetts judge
• Misled (lied) to Probate/Family Court by failing to disclose the opposition of a co-administratix to an ex parte (one-sided) motion for relief he filed with said court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Bernie by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2017) Bernie practices with Kansky & Associates at 103 Aletha Road in Needham, Massachusetts.
