Attorney Sherwin Kantrovitz of Boston; ethical gremlin

The state of Massachusetts presented Sherwin L. Kantrovitz with a law license in 1961 after he graduated Boston University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Sherwin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to perform mandatory 3-way reconciliation of trust account
• Failed to maintain account ledger with client identifier after every transaction
• Failed to list every client transaction and every balance re: client funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Sherwin by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2017) Sherwin practices with Sherwin L. Kantrovitz PC at 6 Beacon Street in Boston, Massachusetts.
