Attorney Paul Klisiewic of Southborough, MA; thieving Dumbo

The state of Massachusetts presented Paul M. Klisiewic with a law license in 2002 after he graduated Suffolk University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Paulie!)
  • Abandoned client’s case
  • Failed to communicate with clients
  • Failed to timely file client’s appeal
  • Failed to inform clients of important developments in their case
  • Intentionally misrepresented (lied) status of case to clients
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to refund unearned fees (thief)
  • Failed to comply with administrative suspension
  • Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
  • Failed to explain status of matter to extent required for client to make informed decisions about the matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2017) Paulie practices with the Law Office of Paul Klisiewic of Southborough, Massachusetts.
