Attorney Thomas Kalperis of North Falmouth, MA; ethical gnome

The state of Massachusetts presented Thomas G.J. Kalperis with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the Southern New England School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to perform mandatory 3-way reconciliation of trust account
• Failed to keep individual client ledgers
• Failed to identify every client trust account transaction
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. September 2017) Tommy practices with Thomas Kalperis International at 63 County Road in North Falmouth, Massachusetts.
