Attorney Leonard Eskenas of Brockton, MA; ethical goblin

The state of Massachusetts presented Leonard A. Eskenas with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from Boston University Law School.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Lenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to advise guardian ad litem of sale of mentally impaired client’s home
• Failed to serve client with petitions for guardianships
• Conduct had potential to cause serious injury to be inflicted on client
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to properly seek lawful client objectives
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Lenny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. June 2017) Lenny practices with Eskenas & Kaplan PC at 1300 Belmont Street in Brockton, Massachusetts.
