Attorney Francis Harney of Boston; idiotic thief

The state of Massachusetts presented Francis J. Harney with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from Suffolk University Law School.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Fran guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged and/or collect clearly excessive/illegal fee
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Commingled client funds with personal funds 
• Improperly used client trust to fund endowment at University of Massachusetts
• Breached terms of client trust
• Violated obligation as fiduciary

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Fran by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2017) Fran practices with the Law Offices of Francis J. Harney at 6 Beacon Street in Boston, Massachusetts.
