Attorney Sandra Howard of Watertown, MA; idiotic cheater

The state of Massachusetts presented Sandra C. Howard with a law license in 1997 after she graduated from the University of Vermont Law School.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Sandy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to timely file fiduciary accounts with probate court
• Failed to comply with court orders
• Found in contempt of court for failure to file fiduciary accounts
• Fiduciary accounts filed with court deemed improper in form and incomplete
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Charged and/or collect clearly excessive/illegal fee
• Knowingly disobeyed an obligation under the rules of a tribunal

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Sandy by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Sandy.
