Attorney Daniel Hutton of Stoughton, MA; ethical dwarf

The state of Massachusetts presented Daniel M. Hutton with a law license in 1996.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Assisted suspended attorney in the illegal practice of law
• Allowed suspended attorney to misrepresent himself as licensed attorney
• Failed to assure employee’s conduct complied with rules of professional conduct
• Allowed suspended attorney to use a false name

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2017) Danny practices at with the Law Office of Daniel M. Hutton at 2 Cabot Place in Stoughton, Massachusetts.
