The state of New York presented Kevin Joseph Kilduff with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the New England School of Law.

The Departmental Disciplinary Committee found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, willfully failed to file his personal federal income tax returns for six (6) consecutive years.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Departmental Disciplinary Committee punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Kevin practices with the Law Offices of Kevin Kilduff at 99 Derby Street in Hingham, Massachusetts.
