Attorney Elizabeth Guerrero of Fitchburg, MA; cheating loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Elizabeth Guerrero with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from Northeastern University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Liz guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly misused at least $17,000 of client funds (cheater)
• Failed to maintain individual client ledgers
• Failed to maintain records of her IOLTA account
• Failed to maintain chronological check register
• Failed to deposit client escrow funds into interest-bearing account
• Failed to reconcile adjusted bank statements balance at least every 60 days
• Improperly made numerous withdrawals in cash from IOLTA account
• Intentionally used client escrow funds for personal and professional obligations

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Liz by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Liz practices with the Law Office of Elizabeth Guerrero at 22 Matthew Street in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.
