Attorney Jamie James of Andover, MA; ethical dwarf

The state of Massachusetts presented Jamie Mauritz James with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the Massachusetts School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Jamie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to consistently maintain accurate client ledgers
• Failed to perform 60-day three-way reconciliations of her IOLTA account
• Improperly deposited personal funds into her IOLTA account
• Failed to keep check register with lists of every client transaction

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Jamie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Jamie practices with the Law Office of Jamie Mauritz James at 15 Railroad Street in Andover, Massachusetts.
