Attorney Eric Jarosz of Saugus, MA; imbecile, repeat offender

The state of Massachusetts presented Eric R. Jarosz with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the Massachusetts School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.

Eric’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Submitted false settlement statement to HUD
• Directed clients to execute under penalty of perjury false HUD settlement statement (subornation of perjury)
• Absolutely knew settlement statement contained false/misleading information
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

Eric’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Charged client extra $1500 to appeal judge’s ruling, but failed to file the appeal timely
• Failed to refund portion of fee that he hadn’t earned (cheater)
• Failed to file client’s appeal with proper court
• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecilic)
• Charged a clearly excessive fee (thief)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Eric practices with the Law Offices of Eric R. Jarosz in Saugus, Massachusetts.
