Attorney Konstantinos Babanikas of Brockton, MA; lying loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Konstantinos J. Babanikas with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the New England School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Konstantinos guilty of the following misconduct.

• Altered Med-Pay letter for another client by redacting other client’s information and inserting the current client’s name
• Forwarded altered letter to automobile insurer in effort to have it cover client’s medical expenses through its Med-Pay coverage
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Konstantinos by gifting him with another complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Konstantinos practices with Konstantinos Ziedman & King PC at 1247 Belmont Street in Brockton, Massachusetts.
