Attorney Greg Friedman of Rockville, MD; ethical misfit

The state of Maryland presented Greg S. Friedman with a law license in 1977. The District of Columbia also presented Greg with a law license in 1977.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Greg found it acceptable to misrepresent to the Maryland Circuit Court, opposing counsel, and Maryland Bar Counsel that a subpoena had been improvidently prepared and issued by a law clerk in his office, when in truth it had been prepared and issued by his client.

As a consequence of him misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Greg practices with the Law Office of Greg S. Friedman at 6216 Mazwood Road in Rockville, Maryland.
