The state of Maryland presented William C. Wood with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Closed law office without give notice to clients (victims)
• Prejudiced client’s ability to pursue their cases
• Failed to communicate to client basis or rate of his fee
• Failed to properly maintain his trust account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2015) Billy practices with the Law Office of William C. Wood LLC at 8289 Main Street in Elliott City, Maryland.
