Attorney Kyriakos Marudas of Baltimore; ethical leprechaun

The state of Maryland presented Kyriakos Peter Marudas with a law license in 1991

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Kyriakos guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to conduct inquiry into authenticity of documents suspected to be forged or false
• Offered evidence he knew to be false
• Failed to take remedial measures to correct submission of false evidence

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Kyriakos by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2014) Kyriakos practices at 7 East Lake Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland.
