As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
