Attorney Martin Brown of Baltimore City, MD; lying loser

The state of Maryland presented Martin B. Brown with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School. Martin also received a law license to practice in Pennsylvania in 1981.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Martin guilty of the following misconduct.

On at least three (3) occasions, Martin knowingly made false statements of fact about having prepared a release of a mortgage.deed.

The Maryland Supreme Court punished Martin by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Martin practices at 1714 Saint Paul Street in Baltimore City, Maryland.
