Attorney Lynn Burke of Baltimore, MD; slacker, scofflaw

The state of Maryland presented Lynn Marie Burke with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Lynn guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in unathorized practice of law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, Paulie fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.blawpc.com.   Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
