Attorney Kimberly Marshall of Ashburn, VA; cheating slacker

The state of Virginia presented Kimberly Lisa Marshall with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Kim guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to adequately communicate with her client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to safekeep unearned fees in an attorney trust account
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to refund unearned fees upon termination of representation (cheater)
• Failed to provide any billing statements to her client
• Despite collecting an advance legal fee for representation in a property settlement agreement and divorce matter, Kim failed to provide any legal work on her client’s behal

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished Kim by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2023), Kim practices her so-called brand of law at 43068 Zander Terrace in Ashburn, Virginia.
