Attorney Phillip Wright of Westminster, MD; Dumbo, slacker

The state of Maryland presented Phillip Wayne Wright  with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Maryland Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Phil guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation
• Failed to oversee staff person’s efforts to achieve service
• Failed to timely advise clients of status of their case
• Negligence led to dismissal of client’s case

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. March 2019) Phil practices with Hickman Ulsch McFaul & Wright PA at 231 East Main Street in Westminster, Maryland.
