Attorney Russell Neverdon Sr. of Baltimore, MD; idiotic loser

The state of Maryland presented Russell A. Neverdon Sr. with a law license in 1999 after she graduated from University of Baltimore Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Russ guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to maintain unearned fees in trust on three (3) separate occasions
• Failed to comply with a client’s instructions
• Improperly terminated client relationship
• Failed to communicate to his client the necessity of a transcript of trial proceedings in order to proceed with an appeal

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Russ by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2019) Russ practices with the Law Office of Russell A. Neverdon Sr. at 711 Paul street in Baltimore, Maryland.
