Attorney Kevin Olszewski of Bel Air, MD; idiotic slacker

The state of Maryland presented Kevin Trent Olszewski with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Mishandled client funds
• Failed to maintain disputed funds in trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2018) Kevin practices with the Law Office of Kevin T. Olszewski at 5 South Hickory Avenue in Bel Air, Maryland.
